Fight Fitness at Power Boxing is a fun, high-energy workout inspired by boxing and martial arts designed just for kids. Your child will learn real techniques like punches and movement drills, all in a safe, non-contact environment that builds fitness, focus, and confidence.

Not at all! Our sessions are perfect for beginners. Whether your child is brand new or has tried a class before, we’ll guide them through everything step by step.

We keep our class sizes small to make sure every child gets the attention they need. This helps us coach safely and effectively while making sure the kids have fun and stay engaged.

Just bring comfy workout clothes, a water bottle, and lots of energy! We’ll provide all the boxing gear and equipment needed.

Absolutely. Safety is our #1 priority. There’s no contact in our sessions; everything is focused on movement, fitness, and fun in a controlled setting, led by experienced coaches who work with kids every day.

For the best results and to build routine, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. It keeps kids active, helps them progress, and gives them something exciting to look forward to.
